I review all abuse reports regularly and will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days.
4. Complaints Procedure
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please submit a complaint via email to the address above. I will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you are entitled to escalate the issue directly to Nominet (the .uk registry) via their website: https://www.nominet.uk/complaints/
5. Key Terms & Renewal Policy
- Pricing: Registration and renewal fees for .uk domains are 10.00 EUR per year. There are no hidden charges for transfers.
- Renewal: I will send a renewal reminder via email 30 days and 7 days before your domain expires.
